You've got two choices if you're after a C-HR with an automatic gearbox, as there's no diesel option you can either choose between the 1.2 Turbo petrol engine that produces 115 horsepower, or go for the hybrid model which as the CVT automatic gearbox as standard. Thy Hybrid is more fuel efficient but also a fair bit more expensive. Both choices are front wheel drive only as the 4 wheel drive system is only available on the 1.2T with the manual gearbox. If you're considering the 1.2 engine then upgrading to the Auto will cost you around £1,200 more than the equivalent manual version, but you will recoup a big chunk of that come resale time after a few years.
