Fuel & Gearbox
Despite the 4 wheel drive styling, the Juke was designed primarily as a front wheel drive car, so you get the raised driving position, but it isn't going to be brilliant in the snow. Thankfully Nissan does offer a proper 4x4 4 wheel drive upgrade option at extra cost. You need to choose the range topping 1.6 DIG-T turbo petrol engine which Nissan has decided is the only one powerful enough to fully utilise a 4 wheel drive set up, and then you also need to have an automatic gearbox as apparently the manual gearbox isn't compatible with the complex 4x4 drive train, and this does mean that prices do tend to be a little on the high side compared to 2 wheel drive manual versions.
